Frequently asked.
- Am I buying a ready-made system?
- No. It starts empty and gets built around your business. Modules you will never use do not sit on your screen.
- Who builds it?
- Both of us. We do the first setup together — we listen to how you work and stand up the first version of your system. After that you do not have to wait on us when a new need comes up; you tell the AI and it builds. Or we do it, if you would rather.
- What exactly does the AI do?
- It creates tables, adds fields, links records to each other, writes workflows, draws screens, produces reports and reads data out of documents. You ask in plain sentences: say “turn an approved quote into an invoice” and that flow is built and runs.
- Do I have to use AI?
- No. AI is an accelerator, not a requirement. Creating tables, adding fields, designing screens and building automations can all be done by hand from the interface — without a single line of code.
- Which AI does it use?
- Whichever you choose. Claude, ChatGPT or Grok — your account and your key stay yours, and you decide which operations the system is allowed to touch.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You do not need to learn the screens either. The system is entirely no-code: you add fields from a form, pick and arrange screens from lists, and connect workflows by drawing them on a canvas.
- Where is my data?
- In your own database. It is never handed to anyone else; access rights and backups stay with you.
- How long does setup take?
- There is no single answer; it depends on the scale of your business. How many departments will use it, how many workflows need connecting, how much data has to be migrated — those decide the timeline. A first working system for a small team stands up quickly; a multi-module rollout moves in stages. You do not have to finish the whole thing up front: start with a piece that works and add as needs come up.
- Can I migrate my existing data?
- Yes. You upload your Excel and CSV files; columns are mapped and duplicates are not created.
- How many people can use it?
- No limit. Everyone connects with their own permissions.
