You do not open Erenay and dig through menus to have the AI build something. You connect your own AI application to the system; setup, changes and management all happen from there. The one building from inside the system is you: anything you want, you can also build by hand from the interface.

There is no setup screen to fill in. The system builds itself from commands that come from outside.
Erenay AI is an AI-native business management system that brings your customers, quotes, orders, inventory, invoices and receivables together in one place. You do not buy a packaged CRM or ERP: the system starts empty, and only the tables, screens and automations that mean something in your business get built. A manufacturer, a clinic, a logistics firm and an agency do not have to end up with the same system.
What builds and runs the system is AI. One important detail: the AI does not run inside Erenay. You will not open Erenay looking for a menu or a wizard that has the AI build things. You connect your own AI application — Claude, ChatGPT or Grok — to the system once; everything after that happens inside that application. The one building from inside the system is you: anything you want, you can also build by hand from the interface.
From there you talk in plain sentences. “Create a customer table with a tax number field,” “link the order to the invoice,” “when a quote is approved, turn it into an invoice and email the customer” — the table is created, the relationship is built, the workflow is written, and it starts running the same day. More than ninety operations the AI can perform on the system are explicitly defined: creating tables and fields, building relationships and formulas, defining workflows and pipelines, producing screens and reports, granting permissions, sending notifications.
You do not learn menus, hunt for settings or wait on a consultant. When a new need comes up you do not have to turn it into a software request — you say it, and it happens. Every operation the AI performs is logged and reversible; bulk changes ask for a separate confirmation. The speed is the AI’s; the last word is yours.
The AI that builds your system is not ours — it is the one you picked. Erenay is not tied to a single provider: you connect the AI application you already use, once, and setup runs from there. Switching models later does not affect your system either.
What Erenay gives the AI you connect is eyes and ears on the system. It reads the structure the AI is about to build against the schema first: a relationship that would lose data is turned away before it is built, and the correct one is proposed instead. It runs the workflow the AI built and reports the result, so what gets built has been tried.
The only thing asked of you is to describe your business. Erenay takes on keeping the setup structurally sound and testing what gets built; you review the result and approve it.
AI is an accelerator, not a requirement. Erenay AI is also a full no-code platform: creating tables, adding fields, designing screens, preparing PDF templates, building dashboards and drawing workflows take no code at all. You drag and drop components and connect nodes by drawing them on the workflow canvas. You can see what the AI built here, and change it whenever you want.
You do not carry data between separate programs. From customer to order, order to shipment and invoice, every record is linked to the next; change one and the related places change with it.

From a consultant working alone to a manufacturing shop with a crew in the field, the same system is used; only its depth changes. In a small business it starts with customers and quotes; as the business grows, warehouse, production, the field screen and reporting are added. There is no limit on the number of users, and everyone connects with their own permissions.
